Marvel’s “VisionQuest” Disney+ Release Date Announced
After the huge success of “WandaVision” and “Agatha All Along”, Marvel quickly went to work on a final series to close out this chapter, with a brand new show called “VisionQuest”.
Today, during Disney’s 2026 Upfronts presentation in New York City, Marvel Television announced that the new series VisionQuest will debut on October 14th, 2026, on Disney+.
Marvel Cinematic Universe veteran Paul Bettany returns as Vision, the beloved android and Avenger. James Spader will also appear in the series as Ultron, reprising his role from 2015’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron”. The cast also includes Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, James D’Arcy, Orla Brady, Emily Hampshire, and Ruaridh Mollica.
Terry Matalas (Star Trek: Picard) serves as showrunner for VisionQuest, and the series will mark the final instalment in the trilogy that began with 2021’s WandaVision and continued with 2024’s Agatha All Along.
Unfortunately, no other details on the upcoming series have been revealed, but a sneak peek was shown to those advertisers in New York. Expect more to be shown to everyone during either or both of SDCC and D23: The Ultimate Fan Event, which are taking place this summer.
As with other Marvel shows, I would expect this series to get a primetime release time slot, so international audiences technically will likely have to wait until October 15th 2026, due to time zones.
